Alita Watson
Co-Founder & CEO
Alita is an Executive Coach, Start-Up Advisor, and Referral Specialist with over two decades of expertise in transforming businesses into viable, scalable, and thriving organizations.
During her career in global aid, representing organizations such as USAID, the American Refugee Committee, and Smile Network International, she established infrastructure and corporate social responsibility partnerships in 15 countries. Alita oversaw on-the-ground initiatives that provided healthcare, educational programs, and facilitated life-altering surgeries for thousands of children.
It was during this time that she became deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders who care equally about their profits, their people, and the impact they have on the world.
Alita pioneered ‘Embedded Coaching’ and served as the Head of Culture at Sonder - a unicorn startup that rapidly grew from 150 to 2,500 employees and eventually went public. She led over 7,000 coaching sessions, designed leadership programs, fostered a feedback-driven culture, and supported emerging leaders in achieving the impossible, over and over again.
Operating across diverse industries and functions, Alita has supported visionaries through chaos, pitfalls, cycles, and comebacks, witnessing firsthand what truly fosters engagement, creativity, and resilience.
Today, leveraging the collective expertise of her community of world-class coaches, facilitators, and organizational health experts, Alita cultivates conscious leadership, scales legendary companies, and nurtures the soul (alma) of the organizations they serve.
Bibi Careau

Bibi has spent the last decade scaling startups in a variety of industries, from hospitality, to retail, to logistics and e-commerce.
She was the driving force for International Expansion at Sonder, where she helped launch over 35 markets in North America, Europe and the Middle East. She was then Chief of Staff at last-mile delivery startup BoxKnight and oversaw their growth until their acquisition by Series C-backed GoBolt.
She served as an organizational coach for growing organizations such as Knix, RenoRun and Mejuri. She’s passionate about helping teams set the right foundations to ensure future success.
Today, Bibi divides her time between her role as Chief of Staff at another hyper-growth startup and helping various organizations with their scaling challenges, from articulating their strategy to hiring the right team.
Her personal mission is to help companies scale from inception to their desired outcome, setting strong foundations and the right growth strategies to build better businesses.
